serenity is an Austrian band of Progressive Power Metal formed in 2001. Characterized by great melodies and riffs, Serenity has become one of the emerging bands of current Progressive Power Metal. We can find similarities with other bands including high level within the genus Melodic Power Metal / Progressive like Sonata Arctica.
In general all their albums are good, almost to the same level of musicianship and instrumental. Is to highlight their latest album "Legacy & Death" because of the large collaborations featuring female vocalists such as Aylin (Sirenia), Amanda Somerville (Avantasia, Epica, Kiske) Charlotte Wessels (Delain) ... A song being purely focused on a Symphonic Power Metal with progressive touches. Recommended if you like the current Power Metal Symphonic Power Metal:).
